Katherine Manderson is a dedicated full-time Realtor® committed to providing exceptional service and professional excellence. A proud Tuscaloosa native, she brings deep community roots, extensive local knowledge, and a lifelong passion for her hometown to every client relationship.

Katherine began her real estate career in 2005 with Hamner Real Estate, LLC after graduating from The University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Communication and Information Sciences with a major in Public Relations.

Beyond real estate, Katherine is actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations. She serves as Secretary and a Board Member for Fuller’s Fund, which advocates for children facing long-term illnesses, and supports the Alabama Center for Childhood Cancer & Blood Disorders at Children’s Hospital, United Way of West Alabama, The University of Alabama RISE Program, and the PARA Foundation, among others.

Katherine is married to Buddy Manderson, a Tuscaloosa home builder with Manderson Homes, Inc. Together, they enjoy life with their beloved yellow English Labrador Retriever, Weller.
